Meet The Founder
Founded in 2025 during her university years, The JiggerJig began with a simple idea, bringing people together over great cocktails, without the cost and pressure of a night out. For founder Stacey Corpuz, cocktails were never just about drinking they were about connection, creativity, and shared moments with friends 
Stacey’s journey into mixology started behind the bar at Mrs Robinson’s in Greystones, Co. Wicklow. Working in a fast-paced, social bar environment taught her the importance of balance, flavour, and craic but also showed her how much people loved the experience of a well made drink. Watching customers enjoy cocktails she had created sparked her passion for sharing that experience with others.
Later she moved to Galway for university, her love for cocktails came with her. She quickly noticed the same pattern everywhere, cocktails were becoming more expensive, often costing close to €15 each, making regular nights out unsustainable for students and young professionals. While people still loved cocktails, many were beginning to choose quieter nights in with friends instead.
She began teaching cocktail classes at The Skeff Bar. These classes weren’t just about learning recipes they were about laughter, hands on learning, and creating a relaxed, fun atmosphere where people could try something new together. Seeing how much people enjoyed making cocktails themselves was the turning point.
That’s when The JiggerJig was born.
Named after the jigger, the essential tool bartenders use to measure a drink. The JiggerJig represents accuracy, creativity, and confidence behind the bar. The brand was created to make bar-quality cocktails accessible at home, giving customers everything they need to mix great drinks without the intimidation or expense of traditional cocktail culture.
Today, The JiggerJig is for anyone who loves good drinks and good company. It’s for pre-drinks that turn into unforgettable nights, cosy evenings with friends, celebrations at home, and learning a new skill along the way.
