How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days within Ireland. Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. During busy periods or promotional campaigns, delivery times may be slightly longer, but we always aim to get your cocktail kit to you as quickly as possible.
Any additional equipment you may need will be clearly listed on the product page. Each cocktail kit includes the essential ingredients, and if extra items (such as a shaker or specific glassware) are required, this will be highlighted so you know exactly what’s needed before you order.
Yes! The cocktails are designed to be simple and beginner-friendly. Each kit includes clear, step-by-step instructions, and selected cocktails are supported with easy-to-follow tutorials. No prior cocktail-making experience is needed. Just follow the guide and enjoy the process.
If there is an issue with your order or your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll be happy to help resolve the issue. For hygiene and safety reasons, food and drink items cannot be returned once opened, but eligible unopened items may be reviewed on a case by case basis in line with our returns policy.
Fresh fruit juices included in the kits typically last up to one week when stored in the refrigerator. Other ingredients have a longer shelf life and will be clearly labelled with storage instructions. For best results, we recommend using your cocktail kit as soon as possible after delivery.
